Job Title:

Finance and Operations Director

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Finance and Operations Director to join our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the finance team and ensure compliance with statutory audit, tax, and legal requirements
  • Work closely with external auditors and tax agents
  • Oversee month-end and year-end financial close process
  • Ensure accurate, timely delivery of month-end Board Packs and Management Packs
Requirements:
  • Accounting or finance degree with professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA)
  • Proven experience in financial management within the retail industry
  • Excellent understanding of accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and tax regulations
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving skills, and leadership abilities
