Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to assist with the preparation and finalisation of invoices for the Asia Pacific region.

The Role:

As a finance coordinator, you will coordinate with lawyers and legal assistants on all aspects of invoice production and ensure timely processing of financial transactions.

You will work closely with another finance coordinator to support the preparation and processing of invoices, and play a pivotal role in streamlining financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with other finance professionals in the preparation of monthly invoices for Partner review
  • Setting up new clients and monitoring billing rates of lawyers
  • Providing basic financial reporting as required
  • Achieving monthly billing targets as set by head office in the US
  • Managing accounts receivable and payable
  • Supporting payroll processing

Additionally, you will provide general administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years' experience in legal finance or accounting
  • iManage and Elite/Adarent skills (desired)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ideal candidate will have some exposure to training professionals on financial processes and implementing new procedures
