Role Overview

This exciting opportunity reports directly to the National Segment Manager and involves managing key accounts within the Truck, Trailer, and Body Builder Segment. You will be responsible for driving growth with the current established successful client base while maintaining exceptional relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, detractors, and executive staff across the segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As the primary point of contact, you will lead key customer account management in allocated segments and regions.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships is crucial to your success.
  • You will ensure timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
  • Communicate progress of initiatives to internal stakeholders effectively.

Skills and Attributes:

  • A minimum of $90,000 per annum, plus quarterly bonuses (30% of base), and other benefits make this role highly attractive.
  • Experience in the Truck, Trailer, and Body Builder Industry is essential.
  • Proven experience in relevant roles within the Australian industry is desirable.
  • You should possess the ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Success in business development and new product implementations is expected.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, CRM software proficiency, and decision-making ability are mandatory.
