Hotel Partnerships Manager

Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity to lead the transformation of hotel operations across Australia and New Zealand. As a Hotel Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for owning and growing relationships with leading hotel chains operating in this region. You will work closely with our certified hotel EcoXperts to develop tailored solutions that deliver measurable value and elevate the customer experience.

  • Strategic Hotel Partnerships: Develop deep understanding of hotel business goals, challenges, and ambitions—and help them achieve more through innovation and tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-create scalable, future-ready solutions that drive long-term success.
  • Lead proactive account planning with a focus on delivering compelling value propositions and driving digital adoption.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of hotel operations, stakeholders, and industry dynamics. You will also need to be passionate about sustainability, technology, and digitization of assets across hotel portfolios. A proven track record of building and maintaining strategic relationships with key decision-makers is also essential.
