Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned civil designer to spearhead the development and quality assurance of complex civil design projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing civil engineering projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive civil design strategies to ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Lead a team of designers and drafters in creating detailed drawings, models, and documentation, adhering to established design standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate design work, manage resources, and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Review and validate designs prepared by junior staff members to ensure accuracy, compliance with regulations, and adherence to company standards.
  • Maintain open communication channels with clients, stakeholders, and project sponsors to address technical queries, provide progress updates, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance team efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12-14 years of relevant experience in civil design and engineering, preferably with a strong background in MicroStation and OpenRoads software.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs, meeting tight deadlines, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
