Civil Design Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our civil design projects. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the successful delivery of complex engineering designs.
The ideal candidate possesses strong technical expertise in civil design, including knowledge of relevant guidelines, standards, and regulations. Proficiency in civil design software such as AutoCAD, 12D, Drains, and Microsoft Project is also required.
You will be responsible for managing technical reviews, internal quality assurance processes, project management, bid support, leadership duties, setting department goals, and developing actionable implementation plans.
This role requires leading civil design including earthworks, drainage, car parks, roads, pavements, and utilities. You will oversee the UD design and drafting program and coordinate design with architects, landscape architects, and engineers at project meetings.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- Chartered Engineer status with NER accreditation.
- 15+ years' experience in civil design for buildings, urban development, land development, or brownfield projects.
