Overview

Our client, a leading civil construction company specialising in urban development and infrastructure, is looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to lead onsite teams across urban development projects.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate site teams, including labourers, operators, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure civil works meet project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Plan daily operations to meet project timelines and budgets.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to maintain smooth project delivery.
  • Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and enforce WHS compliance.
  • Monitor plant, materials, and site productivity.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or Site Supervisor on urban development or civil infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of roadworks, drainage, earthworks, and utilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Understanding of WHS requirements and quality standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specifications.
  • Relevant construction qualifications and White Card.
