Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in a dynamic rural setting. This is an excellent opportunity for you to deliver diverse, hands-on care in a close-knit facility where your skills are valued, your growth is supported, and your lifestyle truly matters.

You will be part of a collaborative team working across emergency, acute, and residential aged care. Your role will include delivering person-centred care, responding to a broad range of presentations, and taking clinical leadership as RN-in-Charge on shift.

You will work closely with telehealth and virtual care teams for safe emergency management and support residents and their families with compassionate care that respects their stories and experiences.

This is a chance for experienced Registered Nurses to expand their rural and emergency nursing skills in a hands-on, highly varied environment.

About the Role:

  • You will work in a 2-bed Emergency Department, 9 Acute beds, and 15 Residential Aged Care beds facility.
  • The service has a strong focus on teamwork, collaboration, and providing high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

  • AHPRA-registered and experienced in acute or emergency settings
  • Confident working across aged care, ED, and acute care in a rural generalist model
  • Adaptable, self-directed, and calm under pressure
