Job Overview

As a seasoned finance professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of a pioneering organization that is dedicated to creating and disseminating media content with and for Indigenous communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare comprehensive budgets and reports
  • Oversee grants management, acquittals, and funder reporting
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory bodies
  • Support business planning and sustainability projects
Required Skills and Qualifications

You will be an ideal candidate if you have strong finance and administration experience. While Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) qualifications are welcome, we place more emphasis on your real-world expertise, initiative, and ability to work autonomously. You should be able to balance attention to detail with strategic thinking and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with grants or not-for-profit organizations is highly regarded but not essential.
