The Role

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Crown Metropol Perth. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the daily operation of the Front Desk and overseeing the Front Desk in the absence of the Duty Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the daily operation of the Front Desk and ensure maximum guest satisfaction
  • Oversee the Front Desk in the absence of the Duty Manager
  • Manage the activities of the Front Desk team and ensure they are meeting the required standards
  • Ensure that Crown Hotels policies, procedures, and brand standards are adhered to across the Front Office department

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Hotel supervisory experience within a superior hotel
  • Strong knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Knowledge of the Opera Property Management System or similar is advantageous
  • Ability to effectively lead and motivate team members
  • Ability to inspire the team and have a strong focus on continuous performance improvement and development
  • Strong customer service experience
