The Role: Front Office Supervisor

We are seeking a highly experienced Front Office Supervisor to join the Metropol Team at Crown Resorts. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the daily operation of the Front Desk and overseeing the Front Office in the absence of the Duty Manager during each rostered shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily activities of the Front Desk to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and maintain professional standards of service.
  • Ensure that Crown Hotels policies, procedures, and brand standards are adhered to across the Front Office department.
  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve exceptional results.
  • Inspire the team to focus on continuous performance improvement and development.
  • Manage day-to-day financial requirements, including ordering, reconciliations, and effective labour management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

About You:

  • Hotel supervisory experience within a superior hotel.
  • Strong knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Knowledge of the Opera Property Management System or similar is advantageous.
  • Ability to effectively lead and motivate team members.
  • Strong customer service experience.
