About the Role

Crown Perth is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stewarding Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Back of House team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in our kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a diverse team of stewards to achieve exceptional cleaning standards and maintain a safe working environment
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and risk assessments to minimize hazards
  • Collaborate with the Back of House Manager to achieve compliance with food safety standards and HACCP requirements
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on cleaning chemicals and machinery
  • Ensure impeccable kitchen presentation and maintain a clean and organized workspace

About You:

  • Relevant experience in a similar position in upscale hotel establishments
  • Experience in rostering, training, risk assessments, and cleaning chemicals and machinery
  • Understanding of food safety standards and HACCP
  • Ability to create detailed cleaning schedules
  • Strong team building and delegation skills
  • Effective time management and communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in multi-venue sites advantageous
