Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas, including equipment and utensils.
  • Set up and clear buffets and functions with attention to detail and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Provide excellent customer service and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals.
  • Manage tasks effectively during peak periods and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Food Safety Certificate.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and WH&S safety standards.
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible 7-day roster, including public holidays and weekends.
  • Good communication skills and cultural awareness in a multi-cultural workplace.
