About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Kitchen Steward to join our team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency in our kitchen production areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all kitchen production areas, including equipment and utensils.
  • Set up and clear buffets and functions with attention to detail, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to manage tasks effectively during peak periods, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Food Safety Certificate.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and WH&S safety standards.
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible 7-day roster, including public holidays and weekends.
  • Good communication skills and cultural awareness in a multi-cultural workplace.
