Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team in the role of Desktop Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects to strict timelines, building strong relationships with clients, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately report and record job details throughout the repair life of works
  • Deliver projects to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) time frames
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and continuously look for improvement opportunities to service their needs
  • Coordinate, influence, and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Schedule project managers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractor trades
  • Prepare detailed scope documents, instructions, and work orders
  • Complaint handling, where appropriate
  • Accurate and timely invoicing
  • Ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), budgets, and time frames are achieved
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

Essential Requirements:

  • Strong Administration and Customer Service background
  • Business Administration Qualification ideal, however not essential
  • Experience in the Restoration, Construction, or Insurance industry, highly regarded
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic and proactive attitude
  • Ability to work autonomously, self-delegate, and use initiative
  • Outgoing and positive personality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Can-do attitude and good work ethic
