As an AI Process Analyst, you will work closely with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure the seamless implementation of AI capabilities across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify requirements and workflow for AI projects, mapping business process flows, gathering detailed technical requirements, and translating them into specifications for development teams.
  • Support the AI product lifecycle by aligning technical documentation with the product roadmap and delivery timelines.
  • Serve as a key communication link, ensuring that data scientists and engineers have a clear understanding of the project's technical requirements and business context.
  • Participate in creating test plans, developing test cases, and executing user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the final product meets documented requirements.
  • Proactively identify and recommend improvements to existing processes and methodologies to enhance the efficiency of AI project implementation.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience as a technical business analyst, process analyst, or similar role.
  • Proven experience in mapping and documenting technical processes, especially in data-centric projects.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML project lifecycles.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong technical documentation and diagramming abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge technical and business teams.
  • Understanding of data flows, APIs, and familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related quantitative field; business analysis or process management certifications are a plus.
