Job Title

The role of Senior Knowledge and Training Specialist involves delivering high-quality training programs to enhance customer care and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project manage the development and delivery of training content to support business changes and updates.
  • Focus on agent uptake of information and speed to competency in understanding training content and communication updates.
  • Design and ensure version control of induction training and customer support programs for all lines of business related to contact centers.
  • Update and maintain version control of user guides for key systems used by contact center staff, such as Salesforce and Skyspeed.

This role requires a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and at least one year's experience in behavioral or technical training design and facilitation. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and understanding of a contact center environment, preferably with experience working within aviation. Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to coach towards agreed KPIs and behaviors are essential.
