We are seeking a skilled and engaging Virtual Training Presenter to deliver high-quality online training sessions from our dedicated studio.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting and upskilling staff, ensuring consistent knowledge and application of our systems and customer service standards.

  • Deliver engaging and interactive live virtual training sessions on a variety of topics related to our business, processes, systems, and customer service.
  • Utilise virtual training platforms effectively to create a positive and participative learning experience.
  • Present training content clearly, concisely, and enthusiastically, adapting your style to suit different learning needs.
  • Facilitate discussions, Q&A sessions, and interactive activities to reinforce learning.
  • Work collaboratively with the Learning and Development team to understand training needs and content.
  • Provide constructive feedback to participants as needed.
  • Ensure all training materials and the virtual learning environment are well-prepared for each session.
  • Keep up-to-date with any changes to company policies, procedures, and systems to ensure training accuracy.
  • Potentially contribute to the development and updating of training materials.
