Job Overview:

The Completions and Well Testing Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safe execution of wireline, slickline, completion, and well testing activities at well locations.

  • Lead effective safety management at the wellsite to guarantee secure operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate wireline, slickline, completion, and well testing activities on well locations, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Witness stack up and factory acceptance testing of key completion equipment to ensure it meets all specifications.
  • Participate in rigorous QA/QC reviews and program reviews to identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate pre-job meetings to verify equipment and tools required for operations, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Monitor make-up and running of tools, ensuring dimensions are within tolerance.
  • Guarantee safe and efficient sandface completion and stimulation processes in accordance with approved completion programs.
  • Compile comprehensive records of learnings and communicate them for continuous improvement.
  • Provide valuable input into End of Well Reports, summarizing key findings and recommendations.
