Job Title: Surface Well Testing Operations LeadWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Surface Well Testing (SWT) team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating SWT work at the well site, ensuring exceptional customer relations and successful job completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and Coordinate SWT work at the well site, ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards and guidelines.
  • Plan and Perform necessary calculations for jobs, including instructions to crew and equipment used.
  • Direct Activities of service operators during equipment rig up/down and preparation of equipment for performing a job.
  • Recognize Sales Opportunities for Halliburton's other products and services, communicating information to Service Coordinator or appropriate staff.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction with jobs performed, promoting HES Process Improvement Initiatives within the assigned Country/Natural Work Area.
  • Mentor and Train lower-level Service Specialists in areas of expertise, leading by example and coaching individuals for better performance.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or similar education and 1 year of experience as Service Specialist I - Surface Well Test or 5 years of SWT experience, including the role as a supervisor.
  • Exceptional skills within the service line, general understanding of other service functions, and knowledge of HMS standards, work methods/processes.
  • Detailed understanding of bottom hole and basic reservoir concepts, including BHP, BHT, Hydrocarbon phasing, Gas and Oil Flow Measurements, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team and customers, discuss future work opportunities, and use CPI System to document problems encountered or ideas for improvement.
