About the Role

  • Prepare and execute completion and abandonment activities, including workshop planning and equipment readiness.
  • Develop and issue documentation, including programs, loadouts, and workplans.
  • Deliver performance standards for equipment and related services.
  • Provide safety risk support and guidance to project teams.

Offshore Operations Scope

">
  • Supervise offshore operations to achieve program objectives safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinate and supervise all offshore activities, maintaining adherence to the programme.
  • Continually assess and manage personnel and equipment pre, during, and post job execution.
  • Provide daily operational reports and progress updates.

Requirements

">
  • Australian Full working rights.
  • Extensive knowledge of subsea drilling, completion, and intervention operations.
  • Well completion operations: gravel pack, pumping, sand face design and execution.
  • Electric wireline and slickline operations, including fishing.
  • Coiled Tubing and live well intervention.
  • High H2S intervention, cementing operations, casing section milling, perf wash.
  • Well test equipment and operational experience.
  • IWCF Level 4 Well Intervention Certificate or Drilling every 2 years, Bosiet, H2S training.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Commitment to managing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
