Senior Well Testing Operations Manager

About the Well Test Supervisor Role:
The successful candidate will provide site supervision for the safe execution of well testing activities in accordance with approved programmes.
- Supervise and coordinate all well test activities on location ensuring that tests are conducted safely and in accordance with relevant approved well testing programme, safety case revision and environment plan.
- Witness stack up and factory acceptance testing of key well testing equipment and running tools.
- Verify that equipment and tools required for the operation are on location and in satisfactory condition prior to running.
- Observe make-up and running of all tools and ensure that dimensions, makeup torque, shear pin values etc. are all within tolerance.
- Ensure Critical Acceptance Criteria supporting documentation is signed off and retained.
- Coordinate the compilation and recording of learnings identified offshore and communicate them for continuous improvement of well programmes.
- Compile accurate well testing information and data in daily reports.
- Provide input into End of Well Reports.
Requirements for Success:
- Extensive years of relevant well testing experience in supervisory capacity; or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience.
- Strong leadership, teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure and lead high performing teams.
