Customer Service Assistant

Job Description: As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their journey to find meaningful employment. This is an opportunity to work within Employment Services for an ongoing contract. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and associated administration to support clients along their way.

This role involves various tasks such as booking appointments with customers, formatting resumes, engaging with customers on a day-to-day basis, and general office administration duties. To succeed in this role, you will need strong admin skills, great customer service skills, and reliability. While industry experience is not required, you must be proactive, organised, and able to learn quickly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 12 months experience working in an Administrative/Customer Service office-based role.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Proactive and organised with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to utilise initiative and problem solve.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Good experience with objection handling/complaints management.
