Job Overview

The primary role is to support clients and candidates throughout the full recruitment cycle, building strong relationships, and matching talented professionals to roles across the resources industry. The position offers flexible arrangements, including part-time, full-time, or job-share options, and is especially suitable for mothers seeking school-time hours.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  3. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  4. Collaborate with the team to develop innovative recruitment strategies.
  5. Maintain accurate records in the recruitment database and generate reports as needed.
Candidate Profile

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a successful track record in placing candidates, preferably within the mining, resources, or related industries. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and is passionate about helping people find meaningful employment.

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Experience in mining or resources recruitment is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility to work part-time, full-time, or in a job-share arrangement, with school-time hours considered.
