The Company

Globe 24-7 provides custom, and contemporary talent and recruitment solutions for mining, engineering & resources businesses at each stage of their lifecycle, from exploration through project development and into operations. Our expertise extends from targeted talent search, RPO's, HR Consulting to onboarding support and everything in-between.

The Role

To meet existing demand and also help with current and future growth opportunities we are looking for a Senior Recruitment / Search Consultant with similar values to join our talented APAC team. Whilst the APAC team call our Perth office home, we are willing to consider remote working options for the right candidates.

The Requirements
  • We are looking for someone who has a solid skillset in the mining / engineering recruitment sector, preferably in agency environments but will consider internal recruitment experience
  • Experience across White Collar Technical Services roles or similar
  • The ability to leverage / manage our existing relationships and develop new client relationships from your previous experience
  • You're the type of person that likes to push and challenge themselves
  • But most importantly a team player who values relationships and adding value
  • Even if your skillset isn't quite in line with the above we would still welcome your application and or a chat
