Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a diligent individual to assume the role of Customer Service Representative. As part of our team, you will be responsible for handling all warranty claims and return merchandise authorizations (RMAs) in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all warranty claims, RMAs, and product exchanges promptly and with a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough diagnostic checks to determine product defects, troubleshoot, and test each returned item meticulously.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and manufacturers regarding RMA and warranty-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate records of all RMA transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Update and maintain the inventory system, guaranteeing it is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate closely with other teams within the organization to ensure a seamless RMA process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the technology or computer hardware industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of PC hardware and components.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with data entry and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A solid team player who can work independently when required.
