Job Opportunity: Senior Litigation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Litigation Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our litigation department, you will play a critical role in representing clients in various legal matters, advocating for their rights, and achieving successful outcomes.

About the Role:
  • Represent clients in litigation and dispute resolution matters before local, supreme, and federal courts;
  • Apear in court hearings, applications, and mediations;
  • Lead and mentor junior lawyers, guiding them through case preparation and resolution;
  • Provide expert legal advice tailored to clients' unique needs;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, barristers, and stakeholders;
  • Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional client results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in litigation/dispute resolution;
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills;
  • Experience working with SMEs;
  • Proficiency in Office 365, Clio, NetDocuments or similar software;
  • Personality traits that foster effective collaboration and communication;
  • Previous experience in team management.
