This opportunity presents a chance to excel in a dynamic dispute resolution environment. As a skilled Senior Associate, you will work on a diverse range of matters, including general commercial litigation, construction litigation, class actions, and financial services litigation.

You will collaborate closely with Sydney-based partners and have the opportunity to work on cross-national and cross-border disputes, advising a blue-chip client base across various industry sectors.

The team has acted for leading companies on their most significant disputes and investigations. They operate seamlessly across geographic boundaries, working in national courts, international arbitrations, or before specialist tribunals.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years' experience in dispute resolution gained within a top-tier or mid-tier firm, or in-house
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A commercial approach and ability to articulate and negotiate effectively
  • Strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills
  • The ability to be team-focused, provide leadership and mentoring to juniors while also working independently
  • A proactive, positive, and energetic approach with a commitment to providing excellent service and building client relationships
