Compassionate Healthcare Professional

As a compassionate healthcare professional, you will have the opportunity to make a genuine impact within your local community by delivering professional in-home nursing care. This rewarding role involves providing high-quality patient care and support to customers in their own homes.

The ideal candidate for this position will be a registered nurse with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for travelling between customer's homes and providing individualised support to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality patient care and support to customers in their own homes
  • Traveling between customer's homes and providing individualised support to meet their unique needs
  • Working collaboratively with customers, carers, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Providing education and support to customers and their families on healthy living and disease prevention

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Proven experience working in community care or health/aged care sector (preferably)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
