About the Job
Our organisation is seeking a part-time physiotherapist to deliver expert physiotherapy services in the local community. The ideal candidate will work to enhance the mobility, independence, and overall well-being of aged clients by providing tailored therapy solutions.
The physiotherapist will conduct assessments and develop individualised treatment plans, provide hands-on therapy, and recommend mobility aids where necessary. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals is essential for optimising client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to identify client needs.
- Develop effective treatment plans to address client goals and objectives.
- Provide high-quality physiotherapy interventions, including exercise programs and mobility aid recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of assessments, treatments, and client progress.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to stay up-to-date with best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Agency (AHPRA).
- Previous experience working with older adults and community clients is desirable but not essential.
- National police clearance and valid driver's license are mandatory.
