We're committed to delivering exceptional service and quality care as a dedicated Dispatch Associate. Our online store is growing rapidly, and we need a reliable and organised individual to join our team full-time.

About the Role:

You'll play a key role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, working closely with our warehouse and customer service teams to maintain efficiency.

  • Pick and pack customer orders with care and attention to detail
  • Prepare parcels for shipping via Australia Post and courier services
  • Assist with stock organisation, inventory checks, and maintaining a clean dispatch area
  • Follow pharmacy product handling protocols and confidentiality standards

What We're Looking For:

  • Great attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Comfortable working on your feet and handling repetitive tasks
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Basic computer skills (we'll teach you the rest)
  • Previous dispatch, retail, or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work behind the scenes to ensure accurate order fulfillment
  2. Maintain a clean and organised dispatch area
  3. Collaborate with warehouse and customer service teams
