We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Support Agent.
About the RoleThis role is a critical part of our operations team, responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods within our depot.
- Safely manage and internally move all consignments with high accuracy, adhering to strict safety standards.
- Label and sort consignments to the correct delivery area with exceptional precision, minimizing errors and delays.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve efficient turnaround times, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Complete administrative and operational tasks, including data entry, ramp activities, and dispatch activities, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Secondary education or equivalent;
- A minimum of two years of relevant work experience; and
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and PC applications;
- Proven expertise in planning, organizing, and maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
