We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Exercise Physiologist to join our multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for helping clients regain independence and achieve their goals through tailored intervention programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, and equipment assessments.
- Design and implement evidence-based intervention programs using occupation to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity.
- Identify barriers and develop strategies to support maximal work participation.
- Understand various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empower clients to achieve wellness and recovery goals.
- Collaborate with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders for successful outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Australian recognised qualifications and registration in Exercise Physiology.
- Ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
