About the Role:

  • Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to create personalized rehabilitation plans that meet individual needs and goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client requirements and develop targeted interventions.
  • Design and implement programs aimed at enhancing physical and emotional well-being, leading to improved quality of life.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track client progress and measure outcomes.

Requirements:

  • A tertiary qualification in Psychology (provisional or registered) and Rehabilitation Counselling.
  • Membership of the Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC).
  • Unrestricted Australian working rights.
  • A current driver's license and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
