Business Development Graduate

This is a Business Development opportunity with a leading organization. It's an 18-month graduate program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in your career.

You will gain hands-on experience, professional development, and the chance to work on projects that matter. You'll be part of a supportive team that values wellbeing, ethical investing, and social responsibility.

The program includes three six-month placements in different areas of the business. You'll have the opportunity to rotate through various departments, gaining diverse experience while building your skills and knowledge.

We are looking for curious, adaptable, and proactive learners who possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated involvement in extracurricular or volunteer activities is also desirable.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives in HR.
  • Assist with internal communications, content creation, and campaign development in Marketing.
  • Contribute to marketing campaign development and member communications.
  • Gain exposure to financial advice processes and regulatory considerations.
  • Support members directly in the Contact Centre.
