We're seeking ambitious graduates to join our dynamic team and embark on an 18-month journey of growth, learning, and development.

About the Role

  • Participate in rotational placements across different departments, including IT Operations, Quality & Risk, and Cyber Security.
  • Gain real-world experience through our 70:20:10 learning model — 70% on-the-job, 20% mentoring, 10% structured learning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, access senior leaders, and gain industry insights.
Key Responsibilities

As a graduate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing support for end-user computing and IT infrastructure.
  • Participating in incident and change management processes.
  • Assisting with cybersecurity audits and threat assessments.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree (completed within the past 2 years) in a relevant field (Credit average or higher).
  • Excellent communication skills and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated involvement in extracurricular or volunteer activities.
