The Role

We are seeking a Key Worker to join our dynamic team in Southern Brisbane. As a Key Worker, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing tailored interventions for NDIS participants aged 0-8 and their families. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving positive outcomes and enhancing the lives of those we serve.

Responsibilities

  • You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to assess and develop intervention plans tailored to the unique needs of each participant.
  • Deliver high-quality interventions in diverse settings, including homes, schools, and community centers.
  • Build strong relationships with participants, families, and support networks to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Document and bill sessions through our online participant management system.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and mentoring sessions to stay updated on best practices and share knowledge.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in working with children with disabilities and strong communication skills.
  • A valid Australian driver's license and NDIS Workers Screening Check.
