Job Overview

Clinical Care Managers play a vital role in supporting the Home Manager to create an environment where residents feel valued and respected. They lead the Clinical Care team, ensuring they understand each resident's individual needs, wishes, and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical and leadership support to the Home Manager.
  • Support care delivery through guidance and leadership to the Care Team.
  • Deliver quality and clinical improvement projects at a Care Home level.
About You
  • Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior management role within the aged care sector with a proven track record.
  • Quality Assurance Certificate or equivalent experience.
  • A proven ability in quality management using a teambuilding approach through mentoring and staff development.
  • A high level of commitment, integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness.
  • An inherent curiosity and a personal value of wanting to do better all the time.
