The Peri-Operative Services department at Cessnock Hospital offers a unique opportunity for Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
- Our Surgical Services cover a wide range of elective procedures, including General, Urology, Gynaecology, Orthopaedic, Dental, and Endoscopy.
This theatre nursing position operates Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 6:30pm. No late evenings or weekend work – ideal for a healthy work/life balance. Shifts are typically 8 hours, with two shifts scheduled per day.
- Casual opportunities – perfect if you're seeking flexibility or additional shifts.
We're looking for Registered Nurses who possess:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Experience in Scrub/Scout, Anaesthetics, or Recovery.
- Desirable: Experience in Day Stay Unit or Patient Assessment Clinic (PAC).
- A positive, adaptable approach and passion for delivering safe, high-quality patient care.
