Nurse – Surgical Services
About the Role:- Theatres operate Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 6:30pm, providing a healthy work-life balance.
- No late evenings or weekend work makes it ideal for those seeking flexibility.
- Shifts are typically 8 hours with two shifts scheduled per day.
- Casual opportunities available, perfect for those seeking additional shifts.
Cessnock Hospital is a 64-bed facility providing emergency, surgical, and medical care to our community. Our surgical services cover a wide range of elective procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Must be currently registered as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Experience in Scrub/Scout, Anaesthetics, or Recovery required.
- Desirable: Experience in Day Stay Unit or Patient Assessment Clinic (PAC).
- A positive, adaptable approach and passion for delivering safe, high-quality patient care is essential.
