About the Role
We are looking for a qualified and dedicated educator who can build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children. As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators and providing high-quality education and care to our youngsters.
Requirements
- An ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services
- An understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A current Blue Card and First Aid certificate
