About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart North Lakes – Winn Street. As a vital part of our team, you will work alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high-quality learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment that promotes children's learning and development.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a sense of belonging and connection.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote child safety and well-being.

Requirements:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Current QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Paid).
