We are seeking an accomplished water infrastructure professional to join our team in Townsville, Australia. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of interconnected water systems and the ability to balance the world's need for safe, reliable water with protecting this critical natural resource for the future.
Job Overview:- This is a leadership opportunity that requires experience working on significant water infrastructure projects including pipelines, pump stations, storage reservoirs, and water & wastewater treatment infrastructure across various sectors.
- Lead project delivery from business development through design to construction ensuring commercial success and providing technical leadership with support from multidisciplinary teams.
- Mentor junior staff and build strong relationships with internal and external clients.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) / Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng).
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex multidisciplinary projects and meeting delivery requirements in the water infrastructure industry.
- A future leader with an interest in succession and long-term growth within an organisation.
