About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced engineer to join our industry-leading Water infrastructure team based in Townsville. You will work across a range of significant water infrastructure projects, including pipelines, pump stations, storage reservoirs, and water & wastewater treatment infrastructure for various clients both locally in North Queensland and beyond.
This is an ideal opportunity to leverage your skills and knowledge into meaningful local and national projects.
- You will have the opportunity to manage and complete projects from inception, including involvement in the bidding phase, concept design, detailed design, procurement and construction phase support.
- Apply your water infrastructure design skills and knowledge into tangible results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships working with various clients across a range of sectors.
- You will guide and mentor junior engineers and designers, contributing to the growth of our talent pipeline.
The following qualifications and experience are highly desired: Relevant tertiary qualifications and Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) / Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) (or be eligible for registration). Experience in water and/or wastewater projects within consulting and design environments. An interest in progression and long-term growth within a global organisation. Ability to work collaboratively at both an internal and external, client-facing level, developing new client relationships and maintaining existing networks within the business. A passion for guiding and mentoring junior engineers and designers.

RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
