Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to join our dynamic Water Infrastructure team. As a Principal Water Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering complex water infrastructure projects across various sectors.

Responsibilities include leading project delivery from business development through design to construction, managing commercial aspects, and providing technical leadership to multidisciplinary teams. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior staff and build strong relationships with internal and external clients.

Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and registration as a Professional Engineer.
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects and meeting delivery requirements in the water infrastructure industry.
  • A future leader with an interest in succession and long-term growth within a global organisation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively at both an internal and external level, developing new client relationships and maintaining existing networks.
  • Ability to guide and mentor junior engineers and designers, contributing to the growth of our talent pipeline.
