The Role

You will work closely with our General Manager to expand our client base and support projects from lead generation through to job completion.

This role combines fieldwork, client visits, and quoting with flexible work-from-home arrangements.

It's ideal for someone who is self-motivated, proactive, and resilient in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage new clients (tilers, flooring contractors, builders, construction companies, architects).
  • BUILD strong relationships and secure repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate quotes tailored to client needs.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years' experience in sales, business development, or account management (construction, flooring, tiling, or building products preferred).
  • A proven ability to build client relationships and deliver results.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of construction or flooring products advantageous, but not essential - we'll provide full training.
