Emergency Nursing Professional

The Clinical Educator is an integral member of the education and clinical leadership teams. They demonstrate flexibility in supporting all levels of staff across the organization, with a particular focus on advancing clinical practice and developing staff along the novice to expert continuum.
They work competently within their scope of practice, delivering and facilitating education in compliance with evidence-based practice and hospital policies.
This position will participate in planning, development, coordination, implementation, delivery, and evaluation of education services for the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A Registered nurse with current, condition-free registration
- A Postgraduate qualification in critical care/emergency nursing
- Current and extensive experience working within an emergency setting
- Prior experience in teaching or supporting learners
This role must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and meet the requirements of the organization's immunization policy.
