Discovery Program in Emergency Nursing

We are seeking skilled Registered Nurses to join our team and participate in a 6-month Discovery Program. This program is designed for nurses who have little or no experience in emergency nursing and aims to develop their foundation knowledge and clinical skills.

The successful applicants will work alongside experienced clinicians, receiving mentorship and support to ensure they gain the necessary skills and confidence to practice safely and effectively in the emergency department setting.

Key Aspects of the Program:
  • Hands-on experience in emergency nursing in a supportive environment
  • Development of core foundation skills and knowledge to enable safe delivery of care within the emergency department
  • Opportunity to access, share, and validate knowledge with colleagues and experts in the field

Throughout the program, participants will receive comprehensive education and training, focusing on key topics such as assessment and management of adult and pediatric emergency patients, trauma management, and advanced neurological assessment.

Upon completion of the program, participants will be equipped with the skills and confidence to provide high-quality care in the emergency department and pursue further career development opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with acute nursing experience
  • Ability to commit to a 6-month structured program
