Job Title: Strategic Financial Insights Analyst

This is a highly FP&A-focused role responsible for delivering strategic financial insights and supporting decision-making across a growing business. You will work across budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis functions, acting as a key business partner to senior leaders, commercial finance, and group FP&A teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support annual budgets, long-range planning, and monthly forecasts across the division
  • Deliver timely analysis and insights on financial performance, capex, cashflow, and working capital
  • Partner with commercial and group finance teams to ensure consistency in reporting and planning
  • Provide clear commentary on key business drivers and trends to support decision-making
  • Assist in aligning financial goals across business units and supporting office cost planning

About you:

You're either a passionate FP&A or Senior FP&A Analyst looking to progress your career, where your insights directly shape business performance.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • CA or CPA qualified (or near completion) with strong stakeholder and business partnering skills
  • 2–4 years' experience in FP&A or financial analysis roles
  • Strong financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting capability
  • Excellent Excel skills and experience with financial systems (TM1 and D365 advantageous)
  • Strong communicator with a commercial mindset and ability to perform under pressure
