We are seeking an experienced Financial Performance Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving our operational and financial performance through strategic planning, analysis, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain accurate financial models, forecasts, and guidance comparison processes, advising senior leadership on key findings.
- Collaborate with team members to standardise forecasting processes and ensure timely communication of forecast results across the team.
- Create reports and presentations to effectively communicate how our core operating and financial drivers (actuals and forecast) perform relative to budget and market guidance.
- Identify trends and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Act as a Finance Business Partner to dedicated departments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related field.
- Expert proficiency in financial modelling and MS Excel (incl. macros) to translate commercial performance drivers into flexible modelling tools for senior management decision support.
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools and reporting platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
